With the ongoing relationship and regular major contracts at The Home of Cricket (Lord's) going so well, we approached the Oval in 2014 with references from the MCC at Lord's. After a due-diligence process, including interviews and showcasing of previous works, we were soon refurbishing roofs, toilet blocks, hospitality boxes, restoring facades, and public stands. Our most recent contracts include major fire-stopping and fire door upgrade works and major facade and window replacement works to the historic pavilion, successfully completed in 2020.

Remedial Works
We successfully handed over eight timber-frame houses, certified to current standards, within a 20-week programme. Delighted homeowners reoccupied their fresh, new properties after temporary accommodation.
Working collaboratively with insurance loss adjusters and homeowners, we successfully managed expectations and expediently enabled the reoccupation of the newly built homes that met current building control standards.

Heritage Works
A new upgrade of the facility was designed by an Architect appointed by Historic Royal Palaces. We were employed to undertake this prestigious refurbishment contract for the benefit of the Yeoman Warders to use the new space for events. Working with archaeologists; we carefully knocked through a more modern partition from the 1960's to build a new entrance; removed decades of tobacco stains from the old original ceiling, delivered an incredible bespoke two-part space that offered Yeoman Warders a new snug & casual area to drink whilst formal events and dinners are enjoyed in the newly refurbished main space.
