Design and Build Sporting Facility
This large D&B project consisted of stripping out existing leisure facilities and reinstating a high standard of finish to match the main AELTC site.
To achieve this, there were significant structural alterations with new MEP systems designed and installed to high standards. The client wanted exposed soffits so that the services would be on show and, therefore, had to function with very limited height to work with.
The standard of finish to this project was simply fantastic, with the client delighted with the end product.
Industrial Structural Alterations
This full Design & Build project consisted of some challenging aspects, not least of which was its close proximity to a live railway line (within 10 meters) and subsequent coordination with the Utility Company. The project included significant structural alterations to the front-loading bay, providing an additional 1,280 sq ft of usable space.

Design and Build Research Facility
Full D&B project for a research facility, this was a project that we are particularly proud of, delivering a faultless product to a short time programme.
The project included:
- Substantial strip out/demolition.

- New mechanical systems, including LEV.
- New electrical installation throughout.
- Forming of secure rooms.
- Research labs.
- New unisex toilets/showers.
- Stunning breakout area, with kitchenette and seating area.
