Hamlin Gardens Passivhaus
The Hamlin Gardens project in Exeter marks a milestone for Nevada Construction as our first Passivhaus development. This innovative scheme involved constructing 21 energy-efficient apartments designed to meet the stringent requirements of Passivhaus Classic certification while also aligning with Building Biology IBN principles.
Exeter Golf and Country Club- Garden Pavilion
The Exeter Golf and Country Club project focuses on the construction of a new Garden Pavilion and terrace as part of a broader five-year upgrade plan. Designed to enhance facilities and improve accessibility, this development supports the club’s commitment to providing modern, high-quality spaces for members and visitors.
Bigbury Orthopaedic Surgical Suite
The £13.5 million Bigbury Orthopaedic Surgical Suite, located on Level 2 of Derriford Hospital, transformed former hospital kitchens into a state-of-the-art orthopaedic surgical facility. The suite includes three advanced operating theatres designed for orthopaedic procedures, nine recovery rooms for post-operative care, and ancillary spaces such as theatre stores, medical staff offices, and staff rest areas.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a UCV ventilation system and air source heat pumps, the facility ensures superior air quality and energy efficiency.
