Development of Bewdley Business Park to provide a wide range of steel portal framed industrial units for existing owners, tenants, open market sales, and investors.
Maple Aion provided all infrastructure, civil engineering, design, and build packages to include full internal fit-out.
Design & Build - Manufacturing & Office Facility
Demolition of redundant structures, refurbishment of a 25,000 ft² retained steel portal frame building, new build 4-storey steel portal frame 50,000 ft² for manufacturing and offices. New build 4-hour fireproof building for tooling protection, external concrete and asphalt hard standings, internal raised access flooring, mezzanine floors, internal partitions, WCs, kitchens, and suspended ceilings.

Demolition of existing single-storey offices, new build steel portal framed office on 2 levels providing 10,000 ft², to include full fit-out.
