About Lee Kyson Building Consultancy Ltd
The main focus of our work is dealing with Party Wall matters and construction disputes.
The quality of service is founded on many years of ‘hands on’ experience gained across a broad range of sectors of the construction industry, whether actually carrying out the works, the contractual management or the management of disputes, should one arise.
Lee Kyson holds MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Fellow), Chartered Institute of Building and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
You can be assured of personal involvement within each project or task undertaken. Lee does not delegate his work and has physically carried out all the works associated with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 himself, so has 1st hand experience of what actually happens on site.
Lee is agreeable to being selected as third surveyor in party wall matters.
Lee has prepared reports for the courts and individuals resulting on most disputes settling without going to court.
