Works included strip-out back to core and full fit-out, including mechanical and electrical, lighting, flooring, bespoke cladded cubicles, touch-free taps, soap dispensers, hand dryers, touch-free WC flushing, and full DDA-compliant cubicles.

Design & Build collaboration for full refurbishment and fit-out of a state-of-the-art 60-seater Conference Room. Works included design consultation and collaboration, full electrical, AV & data fit-out, bespoke and decorative lighting, new carpet and solid wood flooring, new access-controlled heritage doors, complete redecoration, new ceiling raft, new ornate decorative cornice, fire alarm works, manufacture of bespoke 60-seater conference room tables, furniture, artwork & blinds.
