This complex renovation involved updating a historic residence to accommodate contemporary lifestyles, including the addition of an extra storey (constructed within the protected envelope) to improve living space and a personal lift for enhanced accessibility. All works were carefully planned and executed in collaboration with conservation officers to preserve the building's heritage value and comply with strict planning regulations. Sensitive restoration techniques and thoughtfully selected materials ensured that the new additions blended seamlessly with the old, overcoming considerable logistical and regulatory challenges posed by the property's protected status.

Drawing inspiration from classic Georgian architecture, this home features symmetrical facades, sash windows, and ornate cornices. The interiors maintain period-appropriate elements such as high ceilings, decorative mouldings, and slightly contemporary staircase, fulfilling the client's desire for historical authenticity. Modern amenities are seamlessly integrated without detracting from the traditional aesthetic. Precision in both construction and detailing allowed the project to meet exacting client expectations while ensuring comfort and longevity.
