Fire Damage - Fish & Chip Shop
Following a fire, we were engaged to prepare a specification for repairing and refitting the shop. This involved competitively tendering the works, undertaking tender analysis, and providing feedback to the client, as well as contract administration. We also acted as Principal Designer for the purposes of Building Regulations and Construction Design and Management Regulations.
Acquisition Survey, Schedule of Condition and Measures Survey
We were instructed to undertake an Acquisition Survey prior to agreeing a Lease on a commercial unit consisting of office accommodation and warehousing.
Prior to entering into a lease, we were further instructed to undertake a Schedule of Condition of the property in order to mitigate any dilapidations claim upon the termination of the lease, and undertake a Measured Survey and provide plans of the property in order that alterations could be made.
