Overlooking beautiful gardens in the heart of London, these Grade II listed offices in Grosvenor Gardens are one of the most sought-after places to work in the city.

The team completed an internal and external refurbishment in the multi-tenanted commercial office buildings. This included a Cat A fit-out to some offices, the refurbishment of landlord areas, and the replacement of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Being on a busy London street, BSPS needed to work within a live building, which involved temporarily moving tenants to complete certain works.

Wigmore Street, in the heart of London's Mayfair, is long renowned for its high-fashion shopping.

BSPS were appointed to refurbish and fit out an office building on the street.

The team replaced the hot water and air conditioning system. They also completed a full lift refurbishment and electrical work, including installing brand-new lighting.

The office space was updated with a sleek new look that included a striking reception space and upgraded toilets. The newly created roof terrace will be the envy of all employees in the area and is the perfect place to take in the London views.

The Theatre Royal is a Grade 1 listed building, sitting proudly amongst the theatre elite of London.

BSPS were instructed to carry out a full refurbishment of the building's interior and exterior.

The main interior job the team carried out was to paint the hall ceiling to exactly match the existing colour.

For the exterior, the team carried out a complete survey of the roof and replaced any broken slates, repointed brick, conducted lead repairs, and replaced the roof light glass.

The theatre remained in operation throughout the works, so the team coordinated the work around shows to minimise disruption.
