Graven Hill Primary School
Under a JCT 2016 design and build contract we provided employer's agent services to Graven Hill Village development Company on the construction of a new 2 form entry primary school. Activities included: reporting into the project board, writing monthly highlight reports, financial reporting, appointing the contractor, chairing monthly progress meetings, valuing the works, managing change, agreeing the final account with the principal contractor and stakeholder management. Assembly Rooms, Derby
Under an NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC), we have provided project management and cost management services to the Council during the pre-demolition phase of the project. Activities include: reporting to the project board, writing monthly highlight reports, presenting to the project board, undertaking feasibility studies, appointing and managing consultants and contractors while they undertake pre-demolition activities, including but not limited to RAAC plank and asbestos surveys, party wall investigations, soft strip, and asbestos strip. Other activities include stakeholder management, financial reporting, monthly valuations, and change management. All consultant and contractor appointments were NEC4 ECSC, ECC, a PSSC, or a PSC.
Home Zones 3A and 3B
Under a bespoke professional services contract, we provided pre-contract and post-contract employer's agent services to Graven Hill Village Development Company on the construction of home zones for future housing development. The Home Zones contract works included the installation of utilities, drainage, carriageways, footpaths, and formation of plateaus. Activities included writing monthly highlight reports, financial reporting, appointing the infrastructure contractor, chairing monthly progress meetings, valuing the works, managing change, agreeing the final account with the principal contractor, and stakeholder management, which extended to coordinating the technical approval progress with Oxfordshire County Council.
