This family villa was completely re-built behind the existing facade. Works included basement formation, reconstruction of external walls, new steel frame and concrete floor structures. The fit out was completed to a high standard including new helical staircase, M&E installations, intricate stone work, detailed cabinetry and fine finishes.

Extensive landscaping works were also completed including a bespoke summer house.

This project involved the fit-out of a single storey in an occupied family home. Works included specialist swimming pool installation with a moving floor, sauna, and ice bath. The floors and walls were finished with intricately detailed natural stone, the ceiling was formed with sculpted ceiling panels, and the space was finished with a feature living wall.

Meticulous restoration of a 300-year-old Grade II* listed building on the Chelsea Embankment in regular consultation with Historic England regarding scope and methodology. Works included remedial underpinning of existing foundations, levelling of all floors, and revival of original features, including James Thornhill murals and 200+ year-old wall paneling.
