Located adjacent to the Royal Chelsea Hospital, we undertook the external refurbishment of this magnificent building. The works comprised stone masonry repairs, timber window repairs, and a significant element of redecoration works. The finished product is truly special and something we and our operatives are very proud to have worked on.

Working closely with the Architect and Structural Engineer, we carried out an extensive sequenced demolition programme to combine two mews houses into a single prestigious property.

The demolition consisted of removing part of the roof and load bearing walls down to the foundations, leaving only the facade in-situ before commencing the reinstatement of services and structure and fully refurbishing the 4-bed property. As part of the contractors design, we were responsible for the design of the demolition sequence, damp proofing, electrical, HVAC, including underfloor heating and the metal staircases and courtyard balcony.

We were appointed to carry out the external repair and redecoration of this historic Grade I listed building for the Crown Estate. Works included extensive restoration to the masonry and joinery items. Only the highest standard of workmanship would suffice on this project. We are delighted that our skilled operatives were able to achieve the stunning quality this building deserved.
