St James' Mansions
Completed in 1896, St James Mansions was one of the first mansion blocks to be built in the area. This grand block comprises of 43 flats, each built with two reception rooms and three to four bedrooms.
Works included:
Redecorations to all previously painted surfaces.
Extensive masonry repairs.
Brickwork repairs requiring stainless steel reinforcing rods to be installed.
Re-plastering to areas where extensive damage was visible.
Lead and roof repairs.

This 4 storey, 10,000sqft premises in the heart of London's legal district was comprehensively stripped out and refurbished to provide open plan accommodation in two principal wings.
Works included:

- Lower ground tempered fresh air ventilation.
- Complete rewire and door entry system.
- LG3 compliant lighting and addressable fire alarm system.
- Raised access flooring and cable management.
- Redesigned entrance hall with lime stone flooring.

- Glazed 3 person hydraulic passenger lift.
Unit 3, Bilton Way
This 27,465 sqft building is located within the well-established Brimsdown industrial area of Enfield, with excellent access to central London and only 6 minutes from the M25 Junction.
Works included:
- Design and installation of photovoltaic panels to the roof (to achieve an EPC rating of A+).
- Full re-wire to the property, new roller shutter doors, and certification.
- Requirement to achieve an EPC rating of A+.
- Strip out any previously installed tenant's fit-out.
- Full redecoration to internal and external areas throughout, including the warehouse floor.
- High-end fit-out throughout all WCs, shower room, and DDA WC.
